3. Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

4. International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve customers within South Africa. International shipping availability and rates will be communicated when applicable.

5. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels CG Fitnesswear is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly with your tracking information.
